After 4 days working on a B2B project with BizTalk 2004, I finally found a way to accept some entry files....
Just 4 days of work...

Things to remember :
1.- Don't link two functoids outputs to the same destination field.
2.- If you have to link two or more functoids outputs to the same destination field, put exclusive condition et concatenate the source fields. If a condition is false, the corresponding source field will be null.
3.- If you don't want that intermediate orchestration run concurrently, call this orchestration from the first one.
4.- Be patient, undeploying and deploying is very slow.
